This place has a chill vibe, and the staff at the front desk are pretty attentive. the rooms are super new and cozy, with a modern style and a nice bathroom. Plus, there are cool colored glass elements and a fantastic view to enjoy! 🌟

The staff was efficient, offered concierge service, wake up calls, and ironing free of charge. Friendly services were available. Furthermore, the parking was on site and convenient. It was centrally set in a shopping area.

The location couldn't be more great near the Guggenheim museum. The staff was very polite providing assistance. The meals in the lounge area were reasonably priced.

Enjoyed dining at a great restaurant with delicious breakfast and coffee and loved the comfortable bed along with having both a terrace and a balcony.

Th postion and outlook of the hotel was excellent within walking distance of Guggenheim, old city and for us the station and river outlook. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful

Not very friendly staff. Check in and check out with a mess i never seen before. The breakfast was bad, a lot of empty tables but all of them where dirty and no staff. After cleaning one of the tables my self, there where no bread, no juice,,,,,forget it,

The hotel offers a quiet atmosphere. the breakfast is absolutely fantastic with juice, eggs cooked to order, and tasty coffee. - Wonderful location near a bus stop that goes directly to the airport, with views of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao and sunset.

Best location for visiting the Guggenheim. Right on the River Nervion and a short walk to the Gugg and the rest of Ensanche. Room was well equipped, stylish, with a large and comfortable bathroom. Though there was no business center available, the front desk was able to print out a boarding ticket.

The bed was uncomfortable, the receptionist unwelcoming, and the overall feel of the hotel was uninviting. There is no atmosphere here, just the basics for sleeping somewhere while you´re visiting Bilbao.

Friendly staff at reception who know their stuff. the rooms here are really nice and most have a terrace and balcony. the on-site restaurant is a great spot for delicious meals. 🍽️

We booked a standard twin room and it was new-fashioned, exceptionally comfortable beds. The bathroom was good size, included shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet. The location was great, at a short distance from a modern art museum.

I loved spending my time in this clean trendy boutique hotel. the units were nicely furnished. - the staff were attentive and reasonably good people at the reception desk. - the vibe here was quiet.

Small room, which means that you are close to everything outside (immediate exposure to constant door-slamming from the neighbouring rooms, on one day at least), lights in the room not ideal (there was no 'main light'), for the shower you had to climb into the bathtub through a narrow opening: as a whole, not really a four-star feeling.

Well sited to 'do' Bilbao. Well designed room and bathroom; extremely comfortable and relaxing. Good coffee shop with excellent snack menu. Good breakfast. Parking.
